
As normalcy returns, following a two-year disruption caused by the COVID-19 pandemic, local fashion brands in Bangladesh have been witnessing good footfalls ahead of the holy festival of Eid-ul-Fitr.
Media reports maintained this adding all the fashion brands are seeing good number of people turning up at various outlets as Eid-ul-Fitr inches closer.
Meanwhile, speaking to the media, President at Fashion Entrepreneurs Association of Bangladesh and owner of fashion house Anjans, Shaheen Ahmed said, “…current trend suggests we will not count any losses this time. We are now having a good time in terms of sales.”
Shaheen Ahmed further, reportedly, maintained due to the pandemic, local fashion houses suffered losses to the tune of Taka 10, 000 in the last two years.
