Lavanya Pachisia has stepped down from her role as Chief Executive Officer of Zivame, marking the conclusion of a significant chapter in the intimate wear brand’s growth story. The announcement was made through a LinkedIn post on Sunday night, where Pachisia reflected on her journey and the company’s transformation under her leadership.
Pachisia noted that when she joined Zivame, her initial mandate was to strengthen the company’s financial foundation by introducing structure, discipline and strategic clarity to a brand brimming with potential. Over time, her role evolved to encompass a broader vision — guiding Zivame’s mission to make intimate wear accessible to every woman across India.
During her tenure, Zivame transitioned from being an online-first business to an omnichannel brand with an expanding retail footprint. Pachisia highlighted that every aspect of the organisation — from design and sourcing to logistics, marketing, technology, finance and human resources — aligned under a unified purpose of offering well-fitting, inclusive innerwear to women across the country.
She attributed the company’s achievements to its people, emphasising the dedication of its leadership and teams who, in her words, helped build not only a successful business but also a culture rooted in inclusivity, empathy and a deep understanding of women’s needs.
Founded in 2011, Zivame has become one of India’s leading intimatewear brands, offering lingerie, activewear and sleepwear through both its e-commerce platform and retail stores across major cities.
