
US based womenswear manufacturer Jump Design Group has announced acquisition of sportswear label Cathy Daniels based in New York. A statement issued by the companies involved has confirmed that all assets of Cathy Daniels would now be owned by Jump Design Group.
Bebe, Jump, Marina, Onyx Nite, and Tiana B are barnds owned by the Jump Design Group which is considering expanding its product offerings. Athleisure, sportswear and denim would be major focus areas of the company.
With an extensive team of designers and state-of-the-art technologies, Jump is uniquely positioned to understand what sells and deliver the highest quality quickly. The Jump feels that all women deserve great fashion, no matter the budget or occasion.
“We do go for acquisition of companies that have a sound business portfolio, and complement them with our strategies, marketing and customer base as we are not on a mission to take companies that are in trouble and turn them around,” stated Ashesh Amin, CEO of Jump Design Group in a statement issued.
The Jump claims to get product from runaway to market in three weeks. Its design team has an eye for the key elements that resonate with consumers, and a competitive spirit which fuels its ability to create great fashion, fast.
