The US-based apparel retailer, Champion Athleticwear revealed that another store in Boston will be marking the fourth outlet for the brand in the region.
Notably, the new outlet will house the brand’s collection of sweatshirts, hoodies and joggers in its patented Reverse Weave, along with the label’s recently launched footwear line. The company also added that national and domestic partnerships will be offered in the outlet on a consistent and rotating basis.
David Robertson, Director, Brand Marketing, Champion Athleticwear, mentioned that the city has played a major role for the Champion brand for a very long time in the North Eastern region and it looks to start a purposeful existence on Newbury Street for the coming years as the retailer merges into the community with events, unparalleled products and modification.
“With this new store, we aim to offer a truly immersive, sensory brand experience where shoppers walk away with more than just a quality Champion product,” David said.
Just like the other stores in Boston, the new store also offers the option of on-site customisation providing both Champion and Boston-themed patches as well as the embroidery options for the shoppers.
Additionally, to mark the grand opening of the store, the apparel retailer will provide limited-edition tote bags to the first 500 shoppers at the store which are curated by Artists for Humanity, an NGO that offers job opportunities for the youth in the region.
