Aditya Birla Fashion and Retail Limited (ABFRL) has appointed Pranchal Srivastava as Chief Business Officer for The Collective and its international brands portfolio, the company announced in a media release on Thursday.
In his new role, Srivastava will spearhead strategic growth and expansion initiatives for The Collective, ABFRL’s multi-brand luxury retail format that houses more than 60 premium and luxury labels. He will also oversee the India franchises of leading global brands including Ralph Lauren, Ted Baker, Fred Perry and Hackett London.
Prior to this appointment, Srivastava served as Senior Vice President in the Chairman’s Office at Aditya Birla Group. In that capacity, he worked on strategic initiatives across the conglomerate’s consumer businesses, focusing on growth strategies, investments and digital transformation.
According to the company, Srivastava brings more than 15 years of experience spanning fashion, retail and consulting. His career includes leadership roles across India, the Middle East and Africa, equipping him with a broad perspective on international brand management and market expansion.
The appointment comes as ABFRL continues to sharpen its focus on premiumisation and the expansion of its international brand portfolio in the Indian market.
