Trützschler Card Clothing (TCC), the supplier for the international textile machinery industry, will expand its production, warehouse and office capacities with an investment of € 12 million. These will not only be energy efficient but will also ensure climate protection, the company revealed in an official statement.
It will also hire new employees, staff and will offer apprenticeships at the Neubulach site.
TCC employs more than 130 people in Germany, and about 220 people are employed in Brazil, China, India, Mexico, Turkey and USA.
The Trützschler Group SE has also planned to set up a site in India of around 100,000 square metres for spinning, card clothing and non-woven business units. The expansion and new hiring is being done to optimise the process flows and to increase the demand of technology components for carding fibres in spinning mills and for carding in non-woven production.
Managing Director Peter Gäbler said, “It is important to be close to the customer worldwide because our foreign companies make a significant contribution to the success of the Group,” on the international expansion being sought out by the company.
It is being estimated that the new warehouses will function in double capacity and will expand from 4,000 to 5,400 square metres. While the office space will be increased to 1,000 square meters, the planning, construction and air conditioning technology will be done by the local companies.
