
To finish the existing spinning, sheeting, and towel projects as well as to boost the capacity of the Cogen Power Plant and Solar Power Plant, the business committed an additional Rs. 785 crore in capital expenditures in FY ’23–24, bringing the total investment to Rs. 1397 crore In order to improve fine count, the company installed 42 looms (7200 tonnes per year) in the towel segment, 1,89,696 spindles in the yarn segment, and 10.8 million metres in the sheeting segment annually in the process house and CSP.

FY ’24 saw Trident’s yarn business generate Rs. 3262 crore in sales. The year’s total revenue for Home Textile | Bath and Bed Linen was at Rs. 3814 crore A total of about Rs. 204.86 crore was spent on energy-related capital projects, including solar rooftop projects.
