Nandan Denim Limited reported a net profit of Rs. 33.13 crore (US $3.31 million) for the financial year ended 31st March 2026, compared to Rs. 33.45 crore (US $3.34 million) in the previous financial year, as weaker revenues weighed on performance.
Revenue from operations declined to Rs. 2,871.87 crore (US $287.19 million) in FY ’26 from Rs. 3,546.68 crore (US $354.67 million) in FY ’25, reflecting pressure on the company’s topline during the year. Total income for the financial year stood at Rs. 2,886.07 crore (US $288.61 million).
The company’s total expenses fell to Rs. 2,843.82 crore (US $284.38 million) from Rs. 3,508.45 crore (US $350.85 million) in the previous year, primarily due to lower raw material costs. Material expenses declined to Rs. 2,486.05 crore (US $248.61 million) from Rs. 3,118.24 crore (US $311.82 million) in FY ’25.
Finance costs also reduced significantly during the year to Rs. 17.66 crore (US $1.77 million), compared to Rs. 36.74 crore (US $3.67 million) a year earlier. Meanwhile, employee benefit expenses increased marginally to Rs. 87.95 crore (US $8.80 million) from Rs. 87.81 crore (US $8.78 million).
