D’décor, one of India’s leading home furnishing brands, is planning to increase its manufacturing and warehousing capacity and its thrust will be on the use of the latest technology.
As per a report from the Economic Times, Sanjay Arora, MD of D’décor said that the company will expand its manufacturing capacity by 50 per cent and will add 2 new robotic warehouses.
Currently it has 5 facilities in Tarapur, Maharashtra.
The company will open a plant spread across 6.5 lakh sq.ft. in Maharashtra and its first phase is expected to be operational by March 2024.
The company, having a turnover of Rs. 2,000 crore, is eyeing an 11 per cent growth in this fiscal. It will add more EBOs and will add more SKUs every year.
Apart from having good reach through MBOs across India, the company has 15 EBOs and 30 franchise outlets.
