Stefano Caroti, Puma’s Chief Commercial Officer will leave the company, effective 31 December, 2014. Puma’s CEO Björn Gulden will take his place. A statement stated that Caroti is leaving for family reasons and that Puma/The Kering Group and Caroti will remain on cordial terms after the resignation. Caroti has been associated with Puma AG’s management board since August, 2008, and was appointed as Managing Director of Puma SE in July, 2011. Previously, Caroti held several senior executive positions at Nike Inc. in sales, product marketing and general management. Most recently, he was the VP of commerce for Nike’s European headquarters in the Netherlands.
