Fashion retailer Arvind Fashions Limited (AFL) reported a consolidated net profit of Rs. 47 crore (US $4.95 million) in Q4 FY ’26, reversing a Rs. 93 crore (US $9.81 million) loss in the same quarter last year, driven by higher sales and improved operational performance.
The total consolidated income grew 14.31% to Rs. 1,372.13 crore (US $144 million), while net profit stood at Rs. 66.34 crore (US $6.99 million) compared to a net loss of Rs. 72.49 crore (US $7.64 million) in the corresponding quarter last year.
Revenue from operations rose to Rs. 1,364.79 crore (US $143 million) from Rs. 1,189.06 crore (US $125 million) in the year-ago period.
Total expenses in Q4 FY ’26 increased to Rs. 1,295.7 crore (US $136 million), from Rs. 1,134.03 crore (US $119 million) in the corresponding quarter last year.
For FY ’26, the company posted a consolidated net profit of Rs. 183.66 crore (US $19.37 million), an increase from Rs. 32.98 crore (US $3.47 million) in the previous fiscal.
Total consolidated income for the year reached Rs. 5,306.98 crore (US $559 million), up 14.02% from the previous fiscal.
Looking ahead, Arvind Fashions MD & CEO Amisha Jain, said that, “our focus remains on accelerating growth across our marquee brands by expanding into adjacent categories, deepening consumer engagement through increased brand investments and increasing the share of direct channels by elevating brand experience”.
