Converse, the renowned international footwear brand, has unveiled the Run Star Trainer – its newest silhouette – in India.
The Converse line has evolved with the Run Star Trainers, which provide a new perspective on shape, fit, and functionality. Reimagining footwear from the ground up, it draws from well-known histories and designs while remaining true to Converse’s DNA and real sports heritage. With over 20 legacy classics designed for karate, fencing, soccer, track and even pole racing, the all-new silhouette was inspired by these sports and is iconic, nostalgic and forward-thinking to fit the needs of modern life.
Sleek lines and striking outsoles combine current and classic design elements. The Run Star Hike’s star logo is imprinted on the outsole tread pattern, which was inspired by the Chuck Taylor All Star and carried through to the heel. The Run Star Hike was initially released in 2019. Additionally, the combination of leather, suede, and nylon adds rich complexity, and the five bold colorways—Black, Egret, Blue, Red, and Golden Wren—allow for an infinite number of ways to express yourself.
