The SME Foundation, in association with the World Bank, has established an online platform for the women entrepreneurs in Bangladesh.
Named SMEF Suppliers Platform for women entrepreneurs, the platform has, reportedly, been developed in light of a research conducted by the SME Foundation, which shows that product market connectivity is one of the major barriers for the women entrepreneurs.
According to media reports, officials of the SME Foundation and the World Bank inaugurated the platform at an event held in Dhaka recently.
