As coronavirus pandemic is still affecting human lives with more than 13 million confirmed cases reported, the requirement of wearing mask in public remains at an all-time high and the same has been made necessary by many Governments in the world.
This concerning situation about virus outspread has led Duerkopp Adler to offer its face mask sewing automat for serial production. At a time, three DA 900 CFM automats can be operated by just one operator.
The newly launched DA 900 CFM includes all major operations of cotton face mask production right from fabric supply from rolls, automatic nose wire supply, fabric folding station to ironing station, cutting station and binding attachment both left and right.

According to Duerkopp Adler, the sewing automat DA 900 CFM can produce around 3,000 face masks in an 8-hour shift (subject to production according to manufacturer’s specifications).
