
Stoll, German pioneer in flat knitting machinery manufacturing, has unveiled a new networking solution ‘Knitelligence’ to enhance efficiency of the entire knitting value chain.
Knitelligence comprises of different software solutions, from IoT to production process, which will enable the users to access the engineered future of knitting, claims Stoll.
Stoll aims to automate pattern making, grading and knitting operations as well as optimise production management processes with this new system.
Knitelligence has been designed in a way that it brings together the flagship solutions such as M1plus (Pattern Making Software), GKS (Pattern Grading Software), PPS (Production Planning Solution), APM (Automatic Production eliminating human intervention), EKC (Extended Knit Control System) and Autocreate (Automatic Software for Mass Customization) at one platform.
The integration of all the software solutions in Knitelligence will help the knitwear manufacturers to achieve error-free output as it allows digitisation of each and every stage of knitting value chain. Adding on, Stoll claims that, with knitelligence, the customers will experience substantial advantages such as smoother workflow; increase in productivity; adherence to process schedule; improvement in response time; real time transparency; and reduction in cost.
