Swedish fashion retailer H&M Group has unveiled its sales report for the month of April 2016. Its sales including VAT improved by 5 per cent (in local currencies) in the reporting period compared to the same month the previous year.
In the press release issued, the fashion giant said that the cold spring which continued into April in several of H&M’s large markets had an unfavourable impact on sales of transitional garments. Furthermore, the total number of stores amounted to 4,035 as on 30 April, 2016 as against 3,610 on 30 April last year.
