Jeanologia, with a sound reputation in the jean finishing field framed by the principles of ‘Ecological, Efficient and Ethical’, has developed a new generation technology which allows high energy savings, as well as significant savings in water, chemicals and time. The GFK LASER TWIN 3E from Jeanologia, reproduces the vintage effect in great detail, while reducing the production time, increasing the accuracy and reproducibility, obtaining a more authentic look.
It also allows a larger production output compared to other traditional finishing techniques such as the manual scrapping, PP spray or sandblasting. The laser is the alternative that offers major production outputs. With the laser productivity of 100 jeans per hour can be achieved, while the manual scrapping allows just 10 garments per hour, 30 jeans per hour if talking about sandblasting, or 60 jeans per hour with PP spray. The production with laser which increases significantly also takes care of workers health, avoiding sicknesses that come directly from hazardous techniques such as the manual scrapping.
During the last few years Jeanologia has consolidated itself as a global leader in the development of new technologies for the denim world, innovating techniques that reduce the environmental footprint, the energy consumption, and that cares of workers and final consumer’s health.
