
Finnish SaaS start-up Videobot has achieved a significant milestone by securing € 2 million in seed funding. With the funding, Videobot is poised to revolutionise online customer experiences through interactive video chatbots.
Videobot addresses the evolving landscape of online communication. Anssi Kiviranta, Co-founder of Videobot, highlights the importance of video in today’s internet traffic, which accounts for a staggering 80 per cent. He states, that “our platform seamlessly integrates the convenience of chatbots with the engaging power of short videos, opening new horizons for businesses to connect with their audiences”.
One of Videobot’s key strengths is its user-friendly implementation. It can be effortlessly integrated into websites through widgets or plug-ins, and it is compatible with any screen. Moreover, Videobot provides valuable recommendations to its clients, guiding them on video format and content to enhance engagement and generate leads and sales.
Co-founder Matias Mäenpää emphasises the transformative potential of Videobot and envisions a future where websites are fully video-based. “With internet connections becoming faster and more stable, any brand can build its customer acquisition with video material,” he notes.
