N Brown an online and store retailer featuring fashion and homeware, has collaborated with Fashion-Enter, a social enterprise to collect size data from body scanning technology ‘N Brown 3D Scanner’ for providing a better fit to the customer.
The said technology uses 20 sensors that will record over 150 body measurements to provide a clear knowledge of shape and sizing as well as facilitate 3D product development.
N Brown is appreciating participants with free garments for being a part of the campaign. It will also be present at the FC Designer Collective shop in Islington, London on 27th and 28th June to collect more data mostly for UK size 18.
The aim of this initiative is to understand and update the true representation of a customer’s body shape and provide better-fitting garments. It will also allow the brand’s sustainability initiative to drive out with certainty.
Jenny Holloway, CEO, Fashion-Enter Ltd said, “We are delighted to now be able to support N Brown in its mission to review customer sizing from our FC Designer Collective boutique at the iconic Fonthill Road in Islington. N Brown has also kindly provided garments for recycling classes that will take place over the two-day event.”
