Leading Chinese sewing machine manufacturer, Zoje will celebrate its 15th anniversary this year and 5th anniversary of its stock market listing. It plans to showcase its entire range of products marking its key achievements in the last 15 years. The visitors will also witness the company’s future strategies so that they can make an informed choice.
The company has many new products in its portfolio. Among the most prominent ones is the new eco-friendly lockstitch machine series ZJ9600 with direct drive motor which is designed to provide eco-friendly and energy effective means of manufacturing to the garment manufacturers.
The machine consumes less power due to efficient direct drive motors. They also produce low noise and vibrations compared to many sewing machines presently available in the market.
Apart from this due to the built-in motors, temperature is reduced by 50C. The savings in energy and efficiency can count up to 2000 yuan (USD 293) per year.
Starting speed of the machine can be easily adjusted by setting various parameters. In case of any problem, the warning lamps clearly diagnose and tell the location of the problem, making the maintenance much easier. The two models in this series, ZJ9600MF and ZJ9600H work on needle type DBX1 #14 and DPX5 #18, respectively and have speed of 5000 RPM and 3500 RPM. Both the machines can produce stitches of maximum 5 mm length.
The direct drive motor fitted in these machines saves 60-75% power thereby, increasing the efficiency by 15-20%. Adopting advanced Vector-Control Technology, the motor makes the machine suitable for sewing both light and heavy materials. Due to the power-switch system, the motor can bear wide voltage fluctuations.
