Italian sewing machinery manufacturer Vibemac takes immense pride in its range of automated handcrafted machines that promises to deliver the best. At CISMA, the company is coming with many automated sewing workstations for trousers and jeans. 2516V4 pocket setter, a highly popular machine, is a double colour, extremely flexible and reliable unit.
It was only recently showcased at the IMB and in the last four months many machines have been sold within Italy and also abroad. The maximum sewing speed of the unit is 2800 RPM to produce 800-900 pairs of jeans pockets in 8 working hours. The time required to change the jigs from a style/size to another is approximately 5 minutes.
The maximum sewing area available for special applications is 300 mm x 250 mm, regarding pocket attaching operations the available area is 250 mm x 250 mm and the maximum stitch length that can be produced by the unit is 12.7 mm. The unit can attach various shapes of pockets including square, round, asymmetric with zip or flaps apart from performing other type of operations, like sewing darts and pleats, attach front patch pockets, top stitch for flaps, attach pocket facing and coin pocket at the same time, attach label patches, back pocket design, attach patch cargo pockets. The machine allows two needles to stitch two colours at the same time.
Making a new sewing pattern is very easy, but let’s say the buyer requests a very complicated pattern, in this case it will be enough to send an email to Vibemac after sale service and the personalized program will be sent in a matter of hours to the customer via email recipient. Depending then on which model the customer has purchased, he will download the program on a USB key.
The 1010V4 series is a range of Automatic Embroidery and Labelling Unit with double color technology support. The programmable pattern tacking units of this range have a wider stitching field (256 mmX159 mm), which allows applications such as flap stitching, embroidering rear pockets or applying labels and hook and loop, sewing coin pockets, and performing other types of ornamental stitching.
This unit is also unique for its technology and flexibility in making it possible to switch from one function to another in a matter of few minutes. Even the high production is achievable because of its flexible loading and unloading device. The company recently launched 1010V4F1 the latest machine of the series, which can achieve up to 2800 J seams in 8 working hours.
Another eye-catcher of the show will be 4650EV8R automatic loop setter. This programmable unit can store from 0 to 999 stitches per bartack with 9 different bartacks styles pre-fed in the memory. The bartacks can be adjusted in dimension in X and Y.
The length of the loop can vary from 20 mm to 85 mm, while the width of the loop and bartack can vary from 8 mm to 25 mm.
The outstanding feature of the machine is that it allows stitching any kind of bartack in an area of 30 mm x 16 mm. The production achievable is around 2000 pairs of jeans with 5 loops in 8 hours.
It is easily programmable by PLC (Programmable Logic Controller), and the user can create sequences of loops without even touching the panel.
