
Riachuelo, one of the biggest retail chains in Brazil, has opted for Centric Software’s Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) solution to streamline its operations with improved flexibility and collaboration.
The retailer had invested in PLM solution few years back, but it had failed to live up to their expectations owing to its lack of flexibility and support.
Riachuelo was, therefore, looking for a new tool that would provide increased visibility, speed and collaboration thereby reducing cost and time to market.
Centric PLM seems to be the answer for the retailer.
