Optitex, a leading provider of software solution for the fashion and apparel industry, has announced its collaboration with Daz3D, a 3D content and software company.
In this partnership, Optitex will have access to Daz3D’s 5 million smart-content assets including the 3D avatars for the display of collections to the buyers, vendors, team and marketers.
Realising the increasing acceptance and need to go digital for the apparel and fashion companies, Optitex planned on increasing the avatar range for better showcase of the digital garments to the buyers and online customers.
Therefore, with this step, the company wants to help its global customers to showcase the range of digital garments on the realistic 3D avatars. Optitex customers spread across the globe will be benefitted from rich suite of avatars which can be customised according to their needs.
Users will be able to adjust morphs, add accessories and visualise garments in various sizes and poses.
Moreover, the customers will also be able to use Daz3D avatars directly with the newly launched version of O/19.5 pattern making solution. This will help customers in better rendering of the digital patterns for obtaining better results faster and easier.
