Merrow Sewing Machine Company, the largest manufacturer of overlock machines, headquartered in Massachusetts (USA) is launching new emblem machines, including MG-3U-7 and MB-4DFO-2.7, this summer.
The Merrow MG-3U series is a 3-thread industrial sewing machinery for making decorative stitches on the edges of emblems and patches. It operates at the speed of 5500 rpm and makes a 1/8″ to 3/16″ stitch at a standard rate of 28 SPI.
Merrow is adding a new machinery in it MG-3U-series with more advance and upgraded features. The new model MG-3U-7 has specially designed high lift cams that allow processing of the thick emblems and unique applications.
On the other hand, the MB-4DFO-2 series is the only machinery to sew the Merrow’s ActiveSeam for base layer active wear. The machines can be configured for 2-thread as well as 3- thread sewing. It can sew all the three variations of ActiveSeam stitch. It operates at the speed of 5500 rpm and makes stitches of width 3/32″ to 5/32″ depending upon the fabric properties and application requirements. The machine has a unique barrel cam architecture and curved needles to sew precisely and consistently.
The new model has specially designed Merrow high lift cams that allow for the processing of thick and multiply materials.
