Nothing beats commitment to quality.
It is this consistent commitment to product innovation and quality that has made the Chinese-based Jack Sewing Machine Company Limited one of the leading sewing machine manufacturers in Asia. Its success can be gauged from the resounding popularity of its ever-dependable and efficient machines all over Asia.
India has been a huge market for Jack machines over these years. That’s why it came as no surprise when the launch of A5 Semi-dry Computerized Lockstitch Machine and C4 Fully Automatic Overlock Machine received excellent response from Indian garment manufacturing companies. “We are hopeful to capture a bigger chunk of the Indian market with these two machines. Among all the Chinese sewing machine brands in India, Jack has the maximum share (62 per cent) and we want to capitalise on the same with our new launch,” averred Bill Chen, Regional Manager of South Asia, Jack.

The machines were unveiled at a private show held at Hotel Radisson Blu, Noida (India) on 2nd September. Jack had organized the event in association with its Indian agent, Vishal Sewtech.
Both the machines come with a Voice Guard feature that informs the user about technical glitches like machine breakdown, oil leakage/level, and so on – yet again reflecting company’s proclivity towards innovative product development. In addition to incorporating Jack’s patented mechanisms such as Auto Bobbin Winder and Bird’s Nest Prevention Device, the A5 model also features the coaxial driving mechanism that reduces the vibration generated from the driving force. The coaxial shaft replaces the conventional two-axle joint mechanism which keeps the sewing stable throughout the operation.
The event was also marked by the distribution of awards by Jack to some of its very important customers like Sahu Exports, Pinnacle Clothing, Radiant Exports, Priya Global, Rahul Fashions and United Exims.
“All the VIP customers have been associated with us and Jack since very long. Many other export house owners also attended the private show to explore the innovations displayed. We wish to ink deals with them also in future,” commented an excited Vishal Khemka, Proprietor, Vishal Sewtech.

At the recently concluded Knit Show exhibition held in Tirupur, Jack showcased a wide range of its automatic overlock machines – garnering terrific attention from almost every garment manufacturing firm.
During the 3-day event, JK-904E remained the main product showcased by Jack. The machine eliminates the use of presser foot and lifting operations. “ In addition to being safe, it saves large amount of power. It consumes less electricity that annually costs only US $ 60, much less than an ordinary overlock machine which costs around US $ 100.8 annually,” said Jai Singh Rathore, Owner, Prima Sewing Machines Co. The machine automatically switches to sleeping mode if no operation is carried out for 30 minutes.
Earlier on, owing to an extensive increase in sales, Jack India, a subsidiary of Jack Sewing Machine Company Limited, had opened two licensed service centres in Noida and New Delhi few months back.
The service centre that was started in Noida allured several authorized sub-dealers and new customers of Jack. The second service centre in New Delhi, namely MRA Enterprises Pvt. Ltd., is instrumental today in providing quick services to the customers and end-users. “Providing prompt service to your customers is key to securing future business for the company,” says Jerry Yu, Director of South Asia Department of Jack.
Automation was the focus point of Jack at the recently concluded CISMA 2017 at Shanghai, China. Moving away from the normal lockstitch and overlock sewing machines, Jack launched the computerized lockstitch machines with improved designs and features at the event.
The machines, yet again, managed to capture the hearts and minds of anybody and everybody from the garment industry – further establishing the supremacy of Jack machines in Asia.
