EB7R – Belt-Ultimate Design Intelligent Hanger System
This offering by INA caters to the production of underwear, socks, bras and small-piece garment. It helps to achieve high – efficient production management. It comes with easy-to-handle basket transfer that handles small-cut pieces. With specifications of 222*185*225 cm, the hanger has multiple clips to grab miscellaneous cutting pieces of undergarment. They are also equipped with devices classifying colour and size to improve management, thus simplifying the production of multiple styles, colours and sizes simultaneously in the same production line. Additionally, the side-seated system creates an opportunity for visual management and operators can figure production status at glance. The system can direct rework based on process sequence number, code and station number.
ES7R – Belt-Ultimate Design Intelligent Hanger System
With specifications of 168*300*225 cm, the magnificent and firm hanger comes with multiple clips to ensure firm grip while gripping cutting pieces. The ES7R is exclusively customized for knitwear industry and caters to the production of shirts, knitwear and lightweight garments. The ‘sewing while hanging’ features guarantee product quality and also increase production efficiency. The system can conduct a spot check or review upon specified processes and operators. The weekly statistics of production status displays data related to production objective, quantity done, completion rate and rework rate. Additionally, the piece rate wage statistics records number of operators, name, machine type, working hours, etc. to help in operator’s wage management.
EC7R – Chained-Ultimate Design Intelligent Hanger System
This model is exclusively customized for suit manufacturing industry. Its support type hanger is exclusively designed for suit production enterprises. It has the specifications of 178*320*250 cm. The classification and sorting software automatically classifies colour and size and then transfers the piece to specified workstation. It also resolves the issue of low quantity orders by enabling the production of multiple styles, colours and sizes simultaneously in the same production line. With intelligent rail system, there is no need to remove the hanger from off-line, sewing to finishing processes, thus making it an integrated production process. Lastly, the process progression chart records the product data of each process in the line, thus managing the product progression and ensuring delivery on-time.
