Japanese knitting technology manufacturer, SHIMA SEIKI, along with its Hong Kong subsidiary SHIMA SEIKI (HONG KONG) Ltd. will be exhibiting at the 27th edition of the leading international textile fair SPIN EXPO, Shanghai, which will take place from 1 to 3 March, 2016.
The half-yearly textile fair, at which SHIMA SEIKI will be exhibiting for the first time ever, will see the display of company’s flagship MACH2XS WHOLEGARMENT® knitting machine. Along with it will be the latest version of SHIMA SEIKI’s SDS-ONE APEX3 3D design system, which is at the core of the company’s “Total Fashion System” concept, made possible due to its comprehensive support of the knit apparel production process from planning and production to sales promotion, as well as its capability for virtual sampling. Also on display will be the latest collection of knit samples, including seam-free WHOLEGARMENT® knitwear that features superior fit, comfort and draping characteristics.

Organized by independent textile specialists, SPIN EXPO presents a truly international top level offer in the field of fibres, yarns for knitting, circular knit and weaving (fabrics and upholstery), socks, laces, labels and technical textiles. It takes place twice a year in Shanghai, and once a year in New York. It also covers creative machinery for knitwear and circular knits.
The computerized knitting machine manufacturer will also be exhibiting at the upcoming Garment Technology Expo to be held in New Delhi, India later this month, where it will be displaying SSR series computerized flat knitting machine that materializes the company’s philosophy to offer the most advanced technology available at an affordable price, and also the SDS-ONE APEX3 design system.
