The other interesting product showcased by Mahaveer/Gauge was the KREBS TEX 2, an electrical spot cleaning spray gun. “It’s a quick and simple solution for removing stains on all types of fabric and garments,” shares young Mahaveer. The basic features of the spray gun are – electric spot remover; it can be used independently and can generate high pressure directly without the help of an air compressor.

Krishna Lamicoat– Continuing with the innovation process
Krishna Lamicoat, a leading manufacturer and supplier of paper consumables for the garment industry is continuing in its efforts to come up with unique and innovative products for the industry.
“Our endeavour is to co-operate with the industry in reducing the cost in the cutting room as we believe that every paisa saved adds on to the earnings of the company. Thus, we are introducing cost-effective products for CAD/CAM,” avers Ashok Chajjer, Director, Krishna Lamicoat.
Extremely optimistic of the positive change in the industry over the last couple of months, the company launched its new “Numbering Stickers” supplied along with Cotex Labeller from Italy and the ink rolls. “Some more innovative products in this range are in the pipeline,” claims Ashok.
With its vast experience in the packaging business where lamination and coating is the major activity, the company recently introduced cost-effective paper. The paper rolls manufactured and used by the company in its products are recycled from the waste printed paper. “This way we keep our products green and environment-friendly,” claims Ashok. The entire manufacturing process for Krishna Lamicoat products is in-house, which is one of the reasons for their being cost-effective to the consumers.
Siliconi launches Pulimak eco-friendly, fabric-friendly and cost-effective stain remover
The large part of the sewing operation is also the stain’s removal in any garment factory. Stains cannot be totally avoided but definitely it can be successfully and quickly removed. Siliconi Commerciale s.p.a, an aerosol manufacturer from Italy under European quality standards, does that and economically too. The company introduced two products for Indian garment manufacturer – Pulimak, which removes stains of grease, tomato sauce, dirt from the fabrics, clothing and upholstery from the garments; and Takter 1, a water-based pallet adhesive for garment printing industry.
Pulimak spray chemical dries in air and is best suited for cotton, silk, wool and even synthetics and acrylics. The spray is fast dry and does not leave rings or halos. Since, Pulimak is chlorine-free, it does not affect fabric colours. The company has reduced the price of Pulimak keeping in mind the cost cutting needs of the industry.
Takter 1 is eco-friendly, PVC and Pthalate-free, printing adhesive. It fulfils all European standards and gives more productivity and flexibility as its adhesions can be removed by applying water.
