
In a recent meeting, held to sign a memorandum for bilateral trade between Tajikistan and Pakistan, the Tajik envoy, Sher Ali Jonovo expressed his country’s interest to let Pakistan set up a cotton hub in Dushanbe. He explained that to promote the trade among these countries, the Tajik government seeks to provide the Pakistani industrialists an ample amount of tax-free opportunities to set up textile units in the country’s capital. The Pakistani industrialists’ delegation was led by Hafiz Mehmood Shad in the meeting.
