Heimtextil 2024 concluded successfully recently, hosting more than 2800 exhibitors from over 60 countries worldwide.
Among them, 17 Bangladeshi exhibitors seized the opportunity to showcase their international offerings, featuring products like bedsheets, towels, kitchen linen, and various home textile items.
As per reports sustainability took centre stage at Heimtextil 2024, with a dedicated area known as the Econogy Hub (formerly Green Village) in Hall 12.0. Thirty exhibitors actively demonstrated their commitment to sustainable practices at this premier international trade fair for home and contract textiles.
The Bangladeshi exhibitors aimed to extend their reach beyond European buyers, establishing connections with a global audience across various sectors within the international textile industry. Seventeen companies proudly displayed their products in Halls 10, 6, and 4, showcasing bed linen, kitchen linen, and towels.
Notable participants included ACS Textiles (Bangladesh) Ltd, Karupannya Rangpur Ltd, Towel Tex Ltd, and Zaber & Zubair Fabrics Limited.
The Export Promotion Bureau (EPB) organised a dedicated pavilion, featuring six companies at the exhibition.
