
With an aim to attract foreign direct investments (FDI) to Bangladesh, DCCI or the Dhaka Chamber of Commerce and Industry, which is said to be the largest and most vibrant business chamber in the country (Bangladesh), is all set to organise the first and the largest virtual business to business (B2B) conclave in Bangladesh, from 5 to 7 January 2021.
According to a press note issued by the DCCI in this direction on 3 January (Sunday), the event is being organised for attracting FDI, joint ventures, increase business-to-business interactions globally especially in the wake of the new normal, and sourcing cost-efficient destinations for import and exploring potential export destinations.
Representatives from around 227 companies from 10 countries will be participating in the event.
Of them, 137 companies are from different countries while 90 are from Bangladesh.
Titled ‘DCCI Business Conclave-2020’, the participating companies in the 3-day event are mainly from the Apparel and Textile apart from IT and ITES sectors, Plastic Products, Light Engineering, Leather Goods, Medicine and Agro and Food processing.
