
If reports are to be believed then US-based leading multinational corporation, Walmart, will soon acquire the online men’s fashion retailer Bonobos.
Bonobos, which has US $ 100 million to US $ 150 million in revenue and was priced at US $ 300 million in 2014, may get one to two times revenue of its face value. If deal is finalized, this would be fourth e-commerce acquisition by the retailer in less than a year.

The latest move under the leadership of Chief Executive Doug McMillon and new E-commerce Chief Marc Lore is aimed to compete with rival Amazon. However, Walmart is yet to comment on this development.
