Forever 21 opens 21st store in India

The Indian city of Indore, Madhya Pradesh has become latest to house a Forever 21 store in the country. The American fashion brand now has 21 outlets operational in the Indian market with the inauguration (December 8, 2017) of this store.

The store is spread over 9,000 square feet of retail space and is located at the C21 Mall in the city. Holiday collection has been put on display for sale. In-house brands such as 21MEN are also up for grabs at the store.

Bollywood actress Yami Gautam was also present at the store launch ceremony.

After associating with Aditya Birla Fashion and Retail Ltd. in 2016 for its India distribution rights, the fashion brand added seven new stores to India. Mumbai, Chennai, Siliguri, Ludhiana, Amritsar, Ahmedabad, and Indore (latest) are the major cities in the country to have a Forever 21 store.

On selecting Indore as its next retail destination, Rahul Jhamb, Brand Head – Forever 21 said that ‘the city is a potential market’ and the brand is excited to begin its new innings here.

The fashion retailer is known for offering different styles every week which actually fascinates the fashion-conscious Indian youth.

Since its India entry in the year 2010, one of the most-loved international fast-fashion brands Forever 21 has attracted millennials with stylish and chic collections at affordable prices.
