Premium British fashion brand AllSaints has revealed sales up 36% to £457 million in year to January 2023 with operating up to £28.5 million with the record results attributed to a number of factors including product development, growing e-commerce and store network and “rigorous” inventory management.
Sales for the brand increased by 25% year over year to £390.9 million, with e-commerce and store sales increasing by 22% to £326 million and wholesale, franchising, and licencing increasing by 44% to £65 million. US luxury brand John Varvatos, which the business acquired in October 2021, generated sales of £66.1 million.
Both the AllSaints and John Varvatos brands delivered “good revenue and EBITDA growth,” according to AllSaints, who claimed the upward trend had continued into the new fiscal year.
According to reports, a new e-commerce platform is facilitating both robust digital development and advancements in customer service abilities. With the debut of the first AllSaints location in mainland China (Shanghai) in April 2023, the company’s global expansion has also advanced.
CEO Peter Wood said the business was confident in its future prospects, “This has been a record year for AllSaints, and these results are a huge credit to the passion, creativity and hard work of our fantastic team around the world.”
