
Vishal Fabrics Limited, a leading denim fabric manufacturer and part of the Chiripal Group, has announced its financial results for the quarter ended 31st December 2025.
For the third quarter of FY ’26, the company reported total income of Rs. 424.16 crore (US $ 50.14 million), marking a year-on-year increase of 5.0% compared with Rs. 404.15 crore (US $ 44.62 million) in the corresponding quarter of the previous financial year. Profit after tax for the period stood at Rs. 7.78 crore (US $ 895,000), reflecting a modest growth of 1.3% year-on-year from Rs. 7.68 crore (US $ 847,000) in Q3 FY ’25.
The performance was supported by continued focus on operational efficiency and cost management, alongside disciplined execution across the business. During the quarter, the company strengthened its integrated capabilities and expanded its portfolio of value-added offerings across both existing and newer markets.
Commenting on the results, the Chief Financial Officer of Vishal Fabrics Limited, Dharmesh Dattani, said that the Q3 FY ’26 performance demonstrated the company’s emphasis on operational efficiency, prudent cost control and disciplined execution. He added that the business had continued to enhance its integrated operations and broaden its value-added product range, and noted that, as the company enters the final quarter of the financial year, it remains focused on maintaining operational stability while progressing its long-term growth priorities.
