KPR Mill Ltd, which claims to be one of the largest vertically integrated apparel manufacturing Companies in India, reported an 11.1% year-on-year rise in consolidated net profit to Rs 227.2 crore (US $23.75 million) for the quarter ended 31st March 2026.
The company’s consolidated revenue from operations rose marginally to Rs 1,783.8 crore (US $186 million) in Q4 FY ’26 from Rs 1,768.1 crore (US $184 million) in the corresponding quarter of the previous fiscal. On a sequential basis, revenue increased from Rs 1,467.4 crore (US $153 million) reported in Q3 FY ’26.
The manufacturer of ready-made knitted apparel, cotton knitted fabric and cotton yarn reported that total consolidated income for the quarter ended 31st March 2026, increased to Rs 1,825.2 crore (US $191 million) from Rs 1,780.2 crore (US $186.13 million) in Q4 FY ’25 and Rs 1,500 crore (US $156.83 million) in the preceding December quarter.
Profit before tax increased at 13.9 % year-on-year to Rs 319.8 crore (US $33.43 million) from Rs 280.7 crore (US $29.35 million) in the corresponding quarter last year. Total expenses remained largely stable at Rs 1,505.4 crore (US $157 million) against Rs 1,499.4 crore (US $156.77 million) in Q4 FY ’25.
Raw material costs increased to Rs 1,390.7 crore (US $145 million) during the quarter from Rs 1,306.5 crore (US $136 million) in the corresponding quarter last year, reflecting higher production activity across its textile operations.
KPR Mill, which operates an integrated business across spinning, knitting, processing and garment manufacturing, reported an 8.9% sequential increase in consolidated net profit to Rs 227.2 crore (US $23.75 million) in Q4 FY ’26 from Rs 208.6 crore (US $21.81 million) in Q3 FY ’26.
Supported by its integrated manufacturing capacities of 3.5 lakh spindles, 200 circular knitting machines, garment production capacity of 36 million pieces annually and 60 MW wind power generation the company reported annual consolidated revenue from operations of Rs 6,650.4 crore (US $695 million) compared with Rs 6,387.9 crore (US $667 million) in FY ’25, registering growth of 4.1%, while annual consolidated net profit rose 6.3% to Rs 866.5 crore (US $90.59 million) from Rs 815.1 crore (US $85.22 million) in the previous fiscal year.
Profit before tax increased to Rs 1,134 crore (US $118 million) from Rs 1,062.8 crore (US $111 million). Total equity expanded to Rs 5,697.6 crore (US $595 million) as of 31st March 2026.
