
On Wednesday, the Bangladesh Textile Mills Association (BTMA) demonstrated its commitment to social responsibility by presenting financial donations and blankets to the Prime Minister’s Relief Fund, aimed at aiding those affected by the cold weather.
The President of BTMA, Mohammad Ali Khokon, personally delivered a cheque for the financial donation and 6,000 blankets to Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina at her official residence, Ganabhaban.
The generous contribution reflects the textile industry’s dedication to supporting the Government’s efforts in providing relief to those distressed by the harsh cold conditions.
The initiative underscores the proactive engagement of BTMA in addressing humanitarian concerns and assisting vulnerable communities during challenging times.
