Premium lingerie brand Lounge moves forward with its expansion plan by opening its first permanent store in London after following a series of pop-ups in various regions including, London, Manchester, Birmingham and Berlin.
The brand has levelled with fit experts to advise on ‘industry-leading’ fitting, size and style, allowing customers to choose the kind of fitting they require.
In this new store, the brand will also provision a one-on-one personal shopping experience to get a wholesome experience and get the most out of the offered collection.
The store will provide free express next-day delivery and showcase the variety of styles Lounge offers in all categories including underwear, intimate wear, apparel, sleep and swimwear in sizes up to 3XL.
Co-founder, Mel Marsden commented, “Building personal connections with our community is key for us as a brand, we don’t want to be a retailer that simply sells underwear and apparel. We strive to be a brand that our Loungers can connect with and come to us for the experience, not just the transaction.”
