The partnership has enabled Adrian to digitise its entire process from design to cutting.
The retailer has transformed its 55-year-old business to completely digital by integrating Gerber Technology’s AccuMark 3D & 2D CAD software, Gerber AccuNest and the Gerbercutter Z1 for their made-to-measure production.
The technology integration has helped Adrian successfully reduce the number of sample creations from 20 per year to 5. Moreover, it has saved almost 10 per cent in material utilisation and 75 per cent time, thereby increasing efficiency and productivity.
The company initially started doing most of its processes manually with paper, pencil and old wooden rulers, but today it has completely digitised its process with the Gerber innovative technology.
