
US-based leading apparel brand Brooks Brother marked its 200th anniversary by announcing that the brand is adopting Artificial Intelligence (AI) in a bid to stay fresh and relevant in a constantly changing industry.
The apparel label has collaborated with an enterprise software supplier ORS Group introducing an end-to-end AI-based retail programme; ORS RETa.i.l. making Brooks Brothers the first fashion merchandiser across the world to fully integrate AI thoroughly across its business chain.
Notably, the brand will use the platform’s algorithm and AI to get insights throughout its value chain which will help the label to enhance and modify decision making for the betterment of the business.
It is pertinent to add here that this partnership will boost the retailer’s ‘buy anything, get it anywhere (BAGA)’ platform that performs the fulfilment across its outlets in the country.
Gianluca Tanzi, COO, Brooks Brothers cited that with the help of ORS’ RETa.i.L Platform, the label will be able to form an extremely sensitive and responsive digital supply chain to control stock in real-time and to modify work end-to-end.
“It is a disruptive solution for automated omnichannel fulfilment to help us build a better customer experience and maximize sales opportunities,” Gianluca added.
Furthermore, the apparel retailer also launched a cloud-based platform that offers a hassle-free omnichannel shopping experience.
