
UK-based customer engagement platform, Odore, has successfully raised US $ 5 million in a seed funding round, led by Fuel Ventures, along with participation from existing investors. The startup, founded in 2020 by London School of Economics graduates Armaan Mehta and Karan Gupta, is dedicated to streamlining marketing efforts for D2C brands.
Among its impressive clientele, Odore boasts the entire L’Oreal Group, including prestigious brands such as Armani, Lancome, and YSL, as well as Dior, LVMH, and Shiseido.
With the latest infusion of funds, Odore is poised to make significant strides in the customer engagement space, enabling brands to transform their marketing strategies, operations, and connections with consumers.
The company plans to utilise the funding to expand its team, scale its business globally, and launch new cutting-edge tools to enhance customer service and engagement.
