Setting standards in terms of reliability and process stability is the new generation PFAFF 3590 vario which features a large sewing area of 850 x 400 mm with a zigzag machine head. These ‘Made in Germany’ high performance machines are an explicit combination of technical know-how and experience with the latest technology in engineering, drive and control technology. The new PFAFF solution creates the bartacks through the movement of the needle bar and not through the motion of the entire frame. This significantly increases the performance (max. 2000 stitches/min.) and is gentler on both the machine and the material.
The PFAFF 3590-6/8540 extends the features of the product generation by a variation with zigzag machine head, enabling all versions to be equipped with the same in the future. The predestined area of use is on products such as, tactical vests or outdoor goods with a number of bartacks to be sewn. The machine can be converted for straight stitch work by changing the parts set.
