Whether it is about an engineered design or giving an artisan touch, Tajima has been able to deliver both the embroidery styles on its machines. These machines are also engineered with excellence for consistency and minimum downtimes. The company recently launched its latest series of TFGN II machines that come with a newly designed middle thread guide halving the thread setting time for one needle compared to their conventional parts attributing to increased work efficiency. Since needle sizes from 9 to 18 can be used, the applicable thread variety from thin thread to thick thread has expanded dramatically. Thick thread is applicable to the needle sizes of 16 and more, which are only available by DB K5-Z (TAJIMA exclusive needle). Thick thread replacing parts kit is available on option. The machine also has an option of the Bobbin Changer II feature that allows the bobbin threads of all heads to be replaced simultaneously saving substantial time, improving production efficiency to a great extent, and drastically decreasing the work burden on each operator.
The tension and stroke of the thread take-up spring, which have been adjusted for each head, can now be adjusted for each needle bar further enhancing the product quality. Since the adjustment can be made according to thread type and stitching method, product quality can be further enhanced. Furthermore, when some refinements are added to the design data, more unique, higher value-added products can be produced. The ball screw drive system is applicable to the TFGN II Series with a total machine length of more than 5,755 mm. An automatic frame-changing device is also available for continuous fabric embroidery.
