This has also enabled the company to have short lead times whilst increasing their clientele base and avoid incurring extra and unsustainable costs to airship or short ship garments.

“We wanted to maintain transparency on production plan, strategies and results. We are also able to monitor our discrepancies and efficiencies and this has helped us develop our internal SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures). One considerable end result of this is that we have been able to significantly reduce shipment losses and over the past four months, it has decreased from 5.46% to 3.40%.
