The final leg of the Spring/Summer 2019 Menswear has concluded, leaving us with a plethora of trends in relation to looks and styles. Abandoning the current narratives surrounding majority of fashion brands and social media haze, streetwear took a backseat at the New York presentations, where fashion had a chance to experiment and explore other territories.
Polo necks and wilderness inspired prints emerged as front-runners, while the appearance of Bermuda shorts yet again, signalled that it is a uniform top trend across fashion capitals for the approaching summer season. On the colour front, sage green and military tones set the mood, along with a heavy influx of blacks- surprising, considering the season we are talking about is synonymous to popping brights and pastels.
