Texworld Evolution Paris, a textile expo, has leveraged Artificial Intelligence (AI) to craft “Veritas,” a trend book spotlighting the upcoming spring-summer fashion landscape of 2025. This innovative approach marks a departure from traditional fashion, emphasising the shift towards personalised fashion preferences.
Louis Gérin and Grégory Lamaud, the Artistic Directors, have spearheaded Texworld Evolution Paris by crafting a bespoke interpretation of fashion. This book is structured around four distinct themes: Belief, featuring mineral shades of blues and greens; Immanence, showcasing a bohemian-chic colour palette; Knowledge, employing high-contrast colours on futuristic materials to express uniqueness; and Experience, presenting bold colours and materials for sporty and urban looks.
AI has played an important role in materialising these creative concepts by assimilating emerging cues from artistic, economic, and social spheres, seamlessly integrating them into the book’s design patterns. These visually captivating boards, encapsulating vibrant colours and sleek silhouettes, harmoniously align with each of the creative themes.
These four thematic dimensions will be showcased in two Trend Forums at Texworld Paris for fabrics and Apparel Sourcing Paris for finished products, marking a new addition slated for February 2024. Attendees will have the opportunity to delve into the creatively conceived ensembles inspired by these thematic boards. Additionally, the ‘Veritas’ trend book is accessible for download on their main website, ensuring access to this robotic fashion insight.
