Juki Corporation will participate in CISMA 2009 exhibition with concept “Be the Best in CS – New Edge Solution for Your Success”. With display theme “Juki will help you establish your future factory”, the company will showcase a line-up of its 59 most advanced industrial sewing machines, which represents its environmental consciousness, high quality as well as reliability in their products and services.
There is a stiff competition in the Chinese apparel industry in the midst of worldwide recession. Juki will fully support such customers, both in hardware and software, and help them establish high quality, productivity and environment- friendly cutting-edge factories.
All the machines to be exhibited at CISMA will be loaded with servo motors. Juki will display a sewing line consisting of dry-head machines only which can eliminate oil-stain problems, and automatic machines realizing high quality, de-skill and power-saving of sewing, thereby proposing a comprehensive measures to reduce environmental impacts.
The Juki stall will be divided into various corners focusing on special machine. The Environment-friendly machines corner will showcase DDL-9000A and MO-6700D, which are recognized as “environment-friendly machines” by both Japan and China. Knitwear and Foundation garment corner will showcase various types of sewing machines like MF-D and MO-D dry-head series, responding to diversified materials. A rich line-up of sewing machines for knit, along with devices supporting sewing quality, will be introduced. Other corners planned for the stall include Jeans corner, Men’s wear corner, Women’s wear corner, Shirts corner, Heavy-weight material corner, ‘New products corner’, ‘Sewing Research Institute/Attachment corner’, ‘Parts corner’ and ‘Household sewing machine corner’.
Keeping up with the worldwide green drive, Juki will display DDL-9000B series direct-drive high speed lockstitch machine with auto thread trimmer. Enhancing the power-saving ability of highly-appreciated DDL-9000A and adopting newly designed automatic thread trimmer, the DDL-9000B will come out as a fully model change machine with doubled thread trimming speed.
MF-3620 series, a 4-needle flatseamer (direct-drive, with both side trim) with direct-drive type model loaded with power-saving servo motor will also be the eye of the show. Computer-controlled AMS-210EN/IP-420 series cycle tacking machine with input function (encoder control type) will be another attraction. The adoption of “encoder control” for the X-/Y-axis stepping motors for the feed mechanism has improved the accuracy of shape tacking (to decrease loss of synchronism) and saves electric power. The machine is equipped with a new IP-420 input panel with a USB interface.
