Jeanologia, the Spanish company specializing in development of sustainable technologies for textile industry, exhibited its latest innovations that will help increase the competitiveness and sustainability of the textile industry of Bangladesh at the recently held Denimsandjeans.com Bangladesh Show.
The company displayed an efficient combination of Laser, ozone and eFlow getting to increase productivity and efficiency and reduce production costs. The new and revolutionary jeans finishing processes saves up to 95 per cent in water and 90 per cent of chemicals and 40 per cent in energy.
It also exhibited ‘Pure Eco’ collection which is ‘one glass one garment’, an example of productivity, efficiency, time optimization and costs savings. This jeans’ finishing is made with only one glass of water. Currently, an average of 70 litres is used for finishing.

Bangladesh, world power in the production of jeans, has opted for innovation and relies on Jeanologia for its technological transformation, increase in production capacity, reduce costs and introduce innovative and sustainable products.
