Switzerland-based spinning technologies manufacturer, Rieter will exhibit a wide range of innovations at India ITME 2016, to be held in Mumbai from December 3-8. Rieter’s K 42 compact spinning machine which requires only about 25 per cent of the compacting energy necessary with comparable solutions, and the G 32 ring spinning machine with EliTe®, will be up on display at the fair. The G 32 ring spinning machine and its EliTe®-compacting system covers the entire yarn count area as well as different raw materials and is retrofit-able.
The company will also exhibit the new single head draw frames generation RSB-D 50, single-head draw frame generation and the R 36 semi-automatic rotor spinning machine. With the patented ECOrized drive technology along with an innovative auto-leveller and fibre guiding system, RBS-D 50 can provide up to 33 per cent increase in delivery speed. The new coiler CLEANcoil-PES extends the cleaning cycle on critical polyester fibres by at least 100per cent. Also, the machine is characterized by significantly lower energy consumption. The new S 36 spin box, spinning stability is increased further in R36 machine. It also enables better yarn quality through optimized fibre flow. It has 600 spinning units making it the longest in its class.

In addition, Rieter will showcase a wide range of technology components under the Bräcker, Graf, Novibra and Suessen trademarks. The new BERKOL® multigrinder MGL grinding machine will debut in India which enables the perfect grinding of all deployed pressure cylinders and top cylinder covers, regardless of dimensions, on one and the same machine. EasyTop flat bar with magnetic adhesion technology by Graf will also be exhibited at the event helping in reduction of waste and neps, and downtime of the card. The energy-saving spindle LENA by Novibra reduces energy consumption by up to 4 per cent per spinning position. The EliTe® compacting system by Suessen is the most flexible compacting system worldwide and can be incorporated into all traditional ring spinning machines.
The company will also demonstrate new services and complete solutions for the entire production process in after-sales business. These technology components and packages improve yarn quality (Q-Package), maximize productivity (wobble disc), extend the life of equipment (card cover shoe) and reduce energy consumption (ECOrized section pipe.) The learning system Rieter “UPtime” Solutions, which supports the preventive maintenance of plants, represents a further step towards the digitization of spinning mills.
