Apparel Export Promoting Council (AEPC) today allotted stalls for the 58th India International Garment Fair (IIGF), which is slated to be held from January 18th-20th, 2017 at Pragati Maidan, New Delhi. Manufacturers and exporters from across India were present at the allotment session held today in New Delhi’s hotel Le Meridian.
As per the AEPC statement, the fair will host around 301 participants amid 1,200 anticipated buyers. Among the buyers, 896 have already registered from across 70 countries.

The biggest international trade for fashion in India – IIGF – is expected to revolutionize sourcing in India, the statement issued at the session added. Also, the provision for those who already have showroom in Apparel House, the headquarters of AEPC, and have submitted the fee for maintenance, will get free-of-cost space. 16 such stalls have been allotted and the stall size for the single showroom is 18 square metres, and for those who have two showrooms there, the size is double.
